I Have A Throat Infection But Im Noticing Itsstill Swollen

I have a throat infection but im noticing itsstill swollen and it feels sometimes like something is stuck and i getting light headed and it feels like sometimes i cant breatheproperly. Feels like i ripped something in my throat. Doctor told me other day i had throat infection.
