I Have A Thyroid Nodule 1.2cm, With A History Of

I have a thyroid nodule 1.2cm, with a history of metastatic melanoma. For the last year I have had difficulty swallowing, hoarseness, lump in my throat, very bad halitosis, my TSH, T4, T3 are all within normal range. Wondering if it could be thyroid cancer?
