I have a thyroid problem. Living under chronic stress in my home. Loss weight (3 dress sizes) cold hands and feet. Ive been taking "" thyroid Care" by Terry Naturally since Mar h 2016. My underarm temperature is now almost at the point i have been adviced it shld be(97.7).
Are there additional things that i shld do?
My HMO doctor said my basic blood work did not indicate further testing. So I started Taki g the supplement thAt i noted above.
