I Have A Tibial Plateu Fracture That Occurred 7 Weeks

I have a tibial plateu fracture that occurred 7 weeks ago. I was starting to walk with one crutch and in a brace and doing very well until three days ago when I picked up a bucket of horse feed weighing about 15 pounds and walked a short distance with it. I know right away that I had reinjured it. I went to the doctor and he x rayed and said it was still in place. He drew about 15cc of blood off of the knee. It still hurts a lot how long of a set back do you think I have done?
