I Have A Tight Pain In My Throat When I

I have a tight pain in my throat when I yawn, laugh and sneeze, but not when I speak. It does not feel like the pain of a regular sore throat and I am not showing any symptoms of getting a cold. The pain started about a week ago and seems to be worsening. What is this and what can I do to treat it?
