I Have A Tilted Uterus And Weak Pelvic Floor. Everytime

I have a tilted uterus and weak pelvic floor. Everytime I have sex, brown chunks come out. We both r disgusted by this. Our relationship has struggled because of this. It's like my vagina each month does not clean itself completely. Periods have been clots (big) and very dark. What can I do to control this and get my vagina to clean itself out completely?
