I Have A Tingling And Pain After I Urinate. I

I have a tingling and pain after I urinate. I am a biracial female (black and Caucasian) in my early 20's. I've always had a problem holding my bladder, even long enough just to walk to the bathroom. Now it feels like once I start urinating that it doesn't want to stop. I am a bit worried and confused.
