I Have A Tiny Bump On My Throat, Below The

I have a tiny bump on my throat, below the tonsils, that is causing irritation. My ENT didn't see it, but I finally was able to. The ENT was somewhat dismissive. Why couldn't he see it and should I go back and insist he use whatever instrument to see what I see?
