I Have A "tiny Nonobstructive Stone In The Right Kidney

I have a "tiny nonobstructive stone in the right kidney measuring 4mm". I am concerned about traveling to other countries as I would rather go to emerg in my own country. Is this a valid concern as I have no pain on the right side. Some discomfort on left side where there are two echogenic lesions that have not changed in size for two years.
