I Have A Tooth That I Have An Appt. To

I have a tooth that I have an appt. to get a root canal on 12/09/105, I took antibiotics x 10 days starting 10/22/2015, it has been a few weeks since finishing the antibiotics and my tooth is starting to feel sensitive and starting to have that irritating throbbing pain again, should I see my dentist again for more antibiotics?
