I Have A Tooth That Had The Filling Fall Out

I have a tooth that had the filling fall out about six months ago and now my gum is purple,i have to get it pulled. but the last month i have had alot of nausea and after i eat i feel sick and like i am going to vomit but i don t, i have a bad taste in my mouth when i eat and i have to drink water or i choke on my food,plus i am so weak and tired but can t sleep and now i have a rash on my chest and hands
