I Have A Torn Trochanteric Bursa The Pain Starts At

I have a torn Trochanteric Bursa the pain starts at my left hip and travels down to my knee. It is extremely painful. I had hip replacement 5 years ago and I spend 1 and a half hours at the gym 3 times a week including 50 to 60 minutes on treadmill. Pain not so bad as long as I'm moving but getting up, turning over in bed....very very painful. It has been going on for 6 months, what can I do?
