I Have A Total Cholesterol Of 208, Hdl Of 81,

I have a total cholesterol of 208, hdl of 81, Ldl level of 116 and triglyceride level of 57. Should I be concerned about the overall level of 208? Am somewhat concerned due to recent Mri indicating scattered chronic ischemic changes but no acute ischemia. I Am 60, have high blood pressure ( taking medication) but have never smoked and do not have diabetes and am not overweight. Also tested positive for hashimotos but have normal tsh and t4 and suffer from chronic fatigue. Would further work up to rule out artherscerosis or thyroid disorder be advised?
