I Have A Toy Yorkie 3.15 Pounds Has Severe Phumonia

I have a toy yorkie 3.15 pounds has severe phumonia in both lungs he's on cipro and zytromiacian and broncodialator his breathing has greatly improved after 7 days but now he hasent pooped in 4 days and his stomach is swollen hasent even tryed to use it. I've tryed warm water enima no results how serious is this its Christmas eve and can't see a vet thank you.
