I Have A Transverse Gut So My Bowel Is On

I have a transverse gut so my bowel is on the right bit ever since having my gall bladder out last year I've had an increasing pain & cramping in the left side near my belly & is worse when passing a bowel motion. Also my bowel motions have gotten increasingly runny to the point of water, I also have a constant feeling of pressure in my rectum & sometimes fill the toilet bowel with blood. At times I am in so much pain I'm in tears on the toilet & am loosing weight. I have mentioned this numerous times to my dr bit she just bush's this off, Help
