I Have A Tugging Pain In My Chest On The

I have a tugging pain in my chest on the left side for about a week now. I went to my doctor Monday and had an ekg done and it was normal. My blood pressure was 180/106 when I got there, but then went down to 146/96 before I left. I had started some exercises and this pain can hurt when touched so she thought I had pulled a muscle. She increased my bp meds Lisinopril 20 mg to 40mg. I still have that tugging and sometimes it doesn't bother me much and then it will flare up again. I had to take progesterone last Month for 10 days and am doing that for 3 months where my uterine lining was thick, and I hadn't had a period for a while. I am 50 years old. My mom passed away this year from ovarian cancer. I am overweight, but just don't have any energy. I've been walking this week, and my chest doesn't seem to bother me when I walk. I may go get a second opinion if it doesn't go away soon.
