I Have A Tumor Like In The Vaginal Area/ Or

I have a tumor like in the vaginal area/ or it is like a little rubber ball that I have sat on. Sometimes it is bigger and sometimes not as big as usual. It doesn't hurt, but comes and goes. What could this be? A friend told me it was a hair ball, hard to believe it could be that.
