I Have A Type 3 Collar None And Shoulder Separation.

I have a type 3 collar none and shoulder separation. Interested if there is another method other than surgery with a pin and additional ligaments need to implanted. Milwaukee area with United Health Care Insurance. I had a fall a year ago and my shoulder seemed to to getting better. Recently i had enormous pain and raising of my collar bone. I went to emergency due to the sensation in my neck and shoulder was of great pain. I did not have another fall but must of over time for one year kept stretching the ligaments and the result a type 3 dislocation developed.
