I Have A Unconfirmed Report Of My ECG. This Test

I have a unconfirmed report of my ECG. This test is part of a post lung transplant surgery I had one year ago. The results of this test showed sinus rhythm with premature atrial complexes; septal infarct, age undetermined; T wave abnormality, consider lateral ischemia; abnormal ECG.
