I Have A Under 1 Cm Hemoraghic Cyst On My

I have a under 1 cm hemoraghic cyst on my right ovary my gyn was not consented and wanted to do a follow up ultrasound in 3 months. The next ovulation cycle after the diagnosis I have a sharp pain then it went away and I was left with a dull ache so I went to the Er and they stated they saw another cyst on the left side under 1 cm and not to worry they didn't see any fluid and to follow up with my gyn so then again the pain and tenderness completely went away and now the 2nd ovulation I didn't get he sharp pain but I did get the tenderness in the pelvis area again very manageable. Should I be worried that the other cysts did not go away or are they new ones. Please help as I have very high generalized anxiety disorder. Thank you
