I Have A Uti And Saw The Doctor On Wednesday

I have a uti and saw the doctor on Wednesday as well as had an ultrasound. It didn't show anything. I started antibiotics on Wednesday ant it isn't getting any better. There is blood in my urine according to the doctor. What should be my next step? I had a kidney stone in my ureter removed in August 2014.
