I Have A Uti That Has Lasted 13 Days Now,

I have a uti that has lasted 13 days now, I have taken cipro (two rounds) and still no cure. I have extreme burning sensation in my vagina, that gets worse when standing and walking. I shower with hot water to ease the pain and am taking azo as well to help numb. Should I get a second opinion since the doctor wants me to take a third round of cipro?
