I Have A Vaginal Ingrown Hair I Haven't Shaved In

I have a vaginal ingrown hair I haven't shaved in MONTHS (I could practically braid it!); it was was a little bigger than a pea size bump and was a dark color I'll say around a grey but still had a whitehead, but then I popped it and I saw a hair come out inside of the whitehead and puss but it bled and was running with puss I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and applied it with a q tip then trimmed my pubic hairs short but the puss is running still for about and hour now I did some research on it and I'm horrifically scared that it could be MRSA!!!!! I NEED HELP CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!
