I Have A Vague Suspicious 4 Cm Mass On The

I have a vague suspicious 4 cm mass on the head of my pancreas they have referred to it as a possible artifact form contrast dye. I have not symptoms and my blood work is normal. I am scheduled to have an MRI. I have extreme worry and anxiety about this and have bouts of nausea I hope are related to the anxiety. Should I have more symptoms?
