I Have A Vein On Problem On My Left Leg

I have a vein on problem on my left leg and its next to the shin bone. I treated the sore veins, but the pain on the shin bone is a occurs and is very painful in that area next to the vein so I am not sure what it is? I feel the pain in the shin bone and not in the vein.
