I Have A Ventral Hernia On My Left Side Repaired

I have a ventral hernia on my left side repaired with mesh and when I broke my ribs they grew bk deforme. I bent over the sink to wash my hair the other day and when my upper abdomen pressed up against the counter I heard and felt a snapping or popping sound with extreme pain for several seconds and could not bend back over. Pain went down and had discomfort for a couple hrs then pain started coming back more and more as time has gone on. Pain is constant with sharp pains when I breath in without holding a little pressure on area. Pain is on left upper abdomen right under breast where ribs end and over to breast bone is worst area but goes over to left side of stomach. Stomach making a bunch of noises also and is swollen some
