I Have A Very Annoying Pain In My Throat ....

I have a very annoying pain in my throat .... I have acid reflux and I'm afraid that there is some damage in my throat .... can that be ? acid reflux the cause ?
the pain is getting a bit hard.. it feels like something is stuck in my throat although I Can eat without problems... at times it gets very hot in one side of my neck under the jaw
