I Have A Very Bad Back And Have Had 5

I have a very bad back and have had 5 surgeries. I am in pain at all times and can't stand up straight. My ? is if my little finger on the right hand is numb or feels like it is a sleep. I just woke up this morning with it feeling that way. Could this be coming from my neck or lower back? How much does this cost?
