I Have A Very Bad Sore Throat. I Don't Think

I have a very bad sore throat. I don't think I have a fever but when I try and do any activity I get really hot & start to sweat. I have been nauseous a couple of times & when I try to eat anything it hurts to swallow. I also have had a bad headache, which I take aspirin for which releivs the pain for awhile but then it comes back after about 4 hrs.
