I Have A Very Hard Lymph Node And It Has

I have a very hard lymph node and it has grown in size in the last 2 weeks. Its located on the left side, between my ear and neck. It is very tender to the touch and it can be seen. It also hurts to turn my head to the right. I have trouble sleeping on the left side of my body and when I bend over it hurts. What are the probabilities that this could be cancerous?
