I Have A Very Itchy Pin Prick Rash Under One

I have a very itchy pin prick rash under one breast and next to one armpit, it is a reddy brown colour and it seems there is a tiny blood blister. is it just caused from excessive itching or is it whats causing the itch? getting worried after googling perichae or whatever it is! please help very concerned :(
