I Have A Very Itchy, Red Blotchy Rash On The

I have a very itchy, red blotchy rash on the back of both thighs and side of both hips and upper underarms. I have used Sarna a couple of times and it hasn't helped yet. I haven't changed anything (meds, soaps, detergents, etc.) Any help would be appreciated.
