I Have A Very Light Intermittent Flutter In The Upper

I have a very light intermittent flutter in the upper left side of my chest. I was checked for AFib last year by a cartiologist and he found no issues. I haven't any pains, aches other other issues in anyway; any suggestions on what may be causing this intermittent light upper left chest flutter?
