I Have A Very Neglective Doctor Who Refuses To Listen

I have a very neglective doctor who refuses to listen to me at all. I had a colonoscopy yesterday, and I still feel pain RIGHT at the rectum, no where else. When standing it is worse, it's sort of a burning / sore pain. I've read this is not normal or very common to still have pain. What can I do?
