I Have A Very Oily Sensitive Skin..my Face Gets Extremely

I have a very oily sensitive skin..my face gets extremely oily and reddish whenever it is exposed to sun or when sweat are there on my skin..Lots of rashes and whiteheads are there on my face. sometimes pimples come.I am getting darker than before though I have a fairtone.I use a sunscreen from lotus. I am a girl of 22 years having a regular menstrual cycle. I want a flawless skin. Please help me.
