I Have A Very Painful Large Lump Under The Skin

I have a very painful large lump under the skin in my left bum cheek, feels like a hard boiled egg. Can sit properly, hurts to cough and sneeze and get up out of bed n stuff. It's developed over the week but getting a bit unbeatable now. Please help and advise ? X
