I have a very painful spot under my arm... NO LUMP just pain. The pain starts dwn below the armpit and travels
and the way up the arm pit to the side of left breast.... I feel NO lump. At first I thought it was a pulled muscle but its been 2 weeks now could it be an effected gland?
