I Have A Very Sharp Piercing Pain On My Right

I have a very sharp piercing pain on my right side of my mid back, just above the flank area. Its a pain i have not experienced before that almost dropped me to my knees. I do have a cold and i am coughing up up a dark green almost black looking yuk.
