I Have A Very Small Black Pin Hole In The

I have a very small black pin hole in the middle of my forehead, I thought initially that something had become lodged in my head after a car accident but that was 9 months ago and the hole is still there same size and painless, when I first noticed the hole I tried to look down into the hole and I think I saw something glittering like a piece of glitter or very very small shard of glass but I don't know. Not sure if I should schedule appointment with a dermatologist or a dermatopathologist?
