I Have A Very Small Red Pimple Like Bump On

I have a very small red pimple like bump on the bed of my penis. There is no grouping like most herpes k have seen and it is not irritated or itching. There was a very small amount of discharge when I tried to pop it then it just bled for a bit. Any thoughts?
