I Have A Very Stiff Neck On The Left Side.

I have a very stiff neck on the left side. I have partial ROM oneach side . The right side was the same but it has resolved over 2 days. I am taking 325mg buffered aspirin and advil every 3-4 hours. the pain is less then. The left side is visibly swelled and mildly painful to the touch.
