I Have A Very Strong Calf Muscles And Noticed A

I have a very strong calf muscles and noticed a firm lump on the bottom of the inside of my left that is painless but I have had new veins pop up and left of my tibia I had a flexor wound 43 years ago when I was 7. My family on both sides has had vascular issues. I partied and danced for years.on my feet for days at a time. The lump feels slightly braided. Any advice will be most appreciated. Thank you. I have no insurance. I will they give me an ultrasound? Mom just had extensive vein removal over course of 8weeks. Vericose veins have always accompanied the motorcycle wound. Thank you very much.
