I Have A Very Tender Area At The Crown Of

I have a very tender area at the crown of my head I scratched it and it's draining alot of clear sticky fluid, had enough that was sticking and clumping my hair together in this area. Have not seen a "head " or red sore anywhere just seems to be draining where I had scratched earlier. No blood just clear fluid. I do have bad deep cyst like acne on my chin that has been a persistent problem due to hormone issues associated with Endometriosis. But I've never had this issue in my hair before. Not sure what is going on.
