I Have A Vibrating/tingling Feelingin My Lower Abdomen/pelvic Area. The

I have a vibrating/tingling feelingin my lower abdomen/pelvic area. The feeling is like the feeling a cell phone makes when it vibrates. There is no pain BUT very annoying and distracting AND worrisome. This has happened before but went away on its own. HELP please
