I Have A Viral Infection In My Eyes. Got It

I have a viral infection in my eyes. Got it a week ago and also a very sore throat and allergies. My eyes are better. Today not puss at all or very little. My sinus are very dry taking care of that I'm on amoxicillin 500 e times a day. My neck bothers me but u think it's from laying around week and when I cough it's much better it was going to too top of head which is better today and my eyes hurt better also. Do u think I have meningitis
