I Have A Virus With Symptoms Of Back Ache, Body

I have a virus with symptoms of back ache, body ache, sweats, chills, diarrhea, intermittent low grade fever, water retention and more. The tests I have show that it is not a bacterial infection. I've had scans, bloodwork, urine and stool samples done and it still cannot be diagnosed. What type of virus could it be?
