I Have A Warm Feeling Located At The Upper Left

I have a warm feeling located at the upper left rib cage near the heart area. I have been told recently that my EKG was abnormal. They mentioned that the EKG read BER and was advised that my heart is fine.
Any idea what the cause of the warm feeling?
