I Have A Weird Looking Rash On My Hands. It

I have a weird looking rash on my hands. It started almost 1 yr ago with small area on my hand that resembled ring worm. It has progressed over time. My hands are covered in tiny c shaped raised blister like lesions. The itch and only hurt when struck. They have no fluid in them. A different rash is on my hairline and eyebrows and around my cheek bones, up my arms and on my chest. This radh looks like tiny bumps under the skin and ate the same color as my skin. The rash on my hands is purple/ red in color. My Naturopath thinks it's a wheat/ food allergy and gut issue. What is your opinion please. I am desperate to know for sure. It looks like something called granuloma annular. Thanks in advance.
