I Have A Weird Lump On My Temple, It's Like

I have a weird lump on my temple, it's like right between my eyebrow and hairline. It's not noticeable though. I had my mom try to pop it with a sterilized needle and only a little blood came out. I've had this lump for about 6 months now. I've had fatigue and feeling like throwing up every now and then and when I do it last awhile then goes away and comes back again. My mom thinks it's a cyst but I had one before and it's not like the one before. So is it a cyst or something else?
