I Have A Weird Lump On The Right Side Of

I have a weird lump on the right side of neck towards the back, this has been there for a couple weeks. Recently I’ve gotten one towards the back of my head that causes headaches when I turn my head a lot. I’ve also been having fatigue constantly and a few other symptoms. Is this something I should be concerned about?
